1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Dietviet — including one-time plans, recurring diet plans, consultations, and any related services — are strictly non-refundable.
By completing payment you accept that:
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
No partial refunds will be provided.
No credits, exchanges, or store credit will be offered in place of refunds.

2. No Cancellation Policy
All diet plans, services, and paid plans are non-cancellable after payment has been completed.
After purchasing:
You cannot cancel the plan or diet plan for a refund.

Consistency and adherence to the plan
Lifestyle and activity levels
Failure to achieve an expected result does not qualify for refund or cancellation.
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer initiates an unfounded or fraudulent payment dispute (chargeback), Dietviet may take the following actions:
Temporarily suspend or terminate all Dietviet services for the account.
Pursue legal or collection remedies to recover losses where appropriate.
Permanently ban the account from using Dietviet services in cases of repeated or intentional misuse.

5. Exceptional Situations
In rare or extraordinary circumstances, Dietviet may review exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to provide compensation, credit, or refund in such cases is entirely discretionary and does not create any right or precedent for future claims.
